Responsible Gaming Policy

1. General

1.1. This Responsible Gaming Policy (the "Policy") describes how the company operating the website (the "Company" and the "Website") promotes responsible play and protects Clients from gambling-related harm. "We", "us" and "our" mean the Company; "you" and "Client" mean the user of the Website. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.

1.2. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Use and is accepted by the Client by using the Website.

1.3. Gambling on the Website is a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to repay debts. All decisions on whether to play and how much to stake are made by the Client alone. We support informed choices by providing fair games, the outcomes of which are determined by a random number generator, clear information and responsible gambling tools.

2. Protection of minors

2.1. The Services may not be used by anyone under 18 years of age or under the higher minimum gambling age set by the law of the Client's country of residence.

2.2. We verify the Client's age during registration and verification and may request proof of age at any time, suspending the Account until it is provided.

2.3. If the Client is found to be underage, the Account will be closed immediately and the funds on it will be handled in accordance with Applicable Law and the Terms of Use. Underage gambling may be reported to the competent authorities where required by Applicable Law.

2.4. We recommend that parents and guardians use filtering software to block gambling websites and keep their login details and devices secure.

3. Limits

3.1. The Client may set personal gambling limits in the Account settings. The customer support team can explain how they work.

3.2. A request to lower a limit takes effect as soon as reasonably practicable. A request to raise or remove a limit takes effect only after a cooling-off period of 24 hours, during which the existing limit continues to apply.

4. Self-exclusion

4.1. The Client may self-exclude for a fixed period or permanently at any time by contacting the customer support team. The request is implemented as soon as practicable and applies to all brands and gaming products under the Company's control.

4.2. During self-exclusion the Client cannot place Bets or make deposits, will not receive marketing communications, and we will take reasonable steps to prevent the opening of a new Account. The Client may still withdraw any cleared balance, subject to verification and AML/KYC requirements. On permanent self-exclusion, the remaining cleared balance is paid to the Client in accordance with Applicable Law and our verification procedures.

4. Self-exclusion

4.3. A self-exclusion cannot be cancelled or shortened before the chosen period ends. Where the period is six months or longer, the Account is reactivated only after the Client confirms, through a documented process, the wish to resume gambling.

4.4. The Client may also use any centralised self-exclusion scheme available to them.

5. Exclusion by the Company

5.1. We may exclude a Client where we suspect cheating or collusion, the Client behaves improperly, shows signs of problem gambling (in which case we will first refer the Client to our tools and support resources) or there are reasonable grounds to believe the Client is gambling under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5.2. We will exclude a Client where cheating or collusion is clearly established, the Client behaves in a threatening manner, an uncontrollable gambling problem is confirmed, gambling under the influence of alcohol or drugs is established, or the Client is found to be underage (clause 2.3 applies).

5.3. Where we identify signs that gambling may be harming the Client, we will contact the Client promptly to decide whether exclusion is needed and for how long. At the Client's request, or where gambling appears to affect the Client's health, we will block access to all services on the Website for a limited or unlimited period.

5.4. Self-exclusions and exclusions are reported to the competent authorities where, and within the time limits, required by Applicable Law.

6. Warning signs and help

6.1. Warning signs of problem gambling include spending more time or money than planned or affordable, chasing losses, borrowing to gamble, gambling to escape problems, hiding gambling from others and neglecting work or family. The "20 Questions" self-test is available at www.gamblersanonymous.org/20questions.html.

6.2. Help is available from GamCare (UK helpline 0808 8020 133), Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. Software such as Gamban, BetBlocker and Gamblock can block access to gambling websites.

6.3. Questions about this Policy can be sent to the customer support team using the contact details published on the Website.

7. Changes

7.1. We may amend this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website with its effective date, in accordance with the Terms of Use.
