Terms of Use

1. About these Terms

1.1. These Terms of Use set out the rules that apply between you and the operator of the website (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). They bind you from the moment you register an account, or visit or use any part of the website (the "Website"). The Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, the AML and KYC Policy, the Bonus Policy, the rules of each game and the conditions of any promotion, bonus or special offer that we run from time to time, are referred to as the "Terms".

1.2. Please take the time to read the Terms in full before you accept them. If you disagree with them, or are not willing to follow them, do not create an account and stop using our Services. Your continued use of the Services is treated as acceptance of the Terms.

1.3. The Terms are a binding legal contract between you and us. If anything in them is not clear to you, we suggest that you take independent legal advice before you start using the Services.

1.4. Deposits and withdrawals may be handled on our behalf by third-party payment service providers or payment agents.

1.6. The Terms are drafted in English. Where a translation does not match the English text, the English text governs.

1.7. If two or more documents conflict, priority is given in this order: Applicable Law first, then these Terms of Use, then the Bonus Policy, then the rules of the game concerned, then the conditions of the promotion concerned and, last, any other policy we publish. All of these documents together form one agreement between you and us.

2. Definitions

2.1. Unless the context requires a different meaning, the words below have the following meanings in the Terms:

3. Who may use the Services

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If your country of residence sets a higher legal age for gambling, you must have reached that higher age.

3.2. We are entitled to ask you for proof of age at any time and to suspend your Account until we receive proof that satisfies us.

3.3. If it turns out that you are under 18, or below the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, we will close your Account straight away. Your stakes will be dealt with as Applicable Law requires, and any winnings liable to forfeiture will be forfeited in accordance with Applicable Law. Actual or attempted gambling by a minor may be reported to the competent authorities where Applicable Law so requires.

3.4. It is for you alone to check that gambling is legal both where you are physically present and in your country of permanent residence. We do not give legal advice and offer no assurance that you may lawfully use the Services in your jurisdiction.

3.5. You may not open an Account, make a deposit or use the Services if you live in, or are present in, any of the following countries and territories:

3.6. We may update the list in clause 3.5 at any time and without notice, for example in response to changes in regulatory requirements or Applicable Law.

3.7. Where we establish that you have used the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction, we may at once suspend or close your Account, void every Bet and forfeit any winnings made during that time. Your deposits will be paid back to you after the necessary checks, less any sums you owe us.

3.8. The Services are not open to:

3.8.1. our employees and those of our group companies, the employees of their licensees, distributors, suppliers, contractors and advertising or marketing agencies, and the close family members of, and anyone sharing a household with, any of these persons;

3.8.2. anyone subject to sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury or any other applicable sanctions regime, or named on the related sanctions lists;

3.8.3. politically exposed persons, their family members and close business associates, where we are unable to complete enhanced due diligence to our satisfaction;

3.8.4. athletes, coaches, referees, managers, agents, owners and officials of sports clubs and organisations, and anyone else in a position to influence the result of a sporting event directly or indirectly, as regards Bets on events in which they or their organisations take part.

4. Opening and keeping your Account

4.1. To open an Account and gamble, you must supply the information we need under Applicable Law: your full name, home address, date of birth, a valid email address and any further details reasonably required to register and verify you. You must also choose a password. At a later stage we may ask you to add and verify a telephone number in your Account settings.

4.2. Everything you tell us must be true, accurate, complete, up to date and capable of independent verification. You must keep your Account details current, in particular your email address, residential address, country of residence, nationality, telephone number and payment details.

4.3. Supplying false details, using another person's personal data or submitting forged documents is a material breach of the Terms and triggers the measures in section 12, including closure of your Account, voiding of your Bets and forfeiture of your funds.

4.4. We may refuse to open an Account for, or to provide the Services to, any person at our sole discretion and without giving reasons.

4.5. Each person may hold one Account only. You may not open any further Account, even if an earlier one has been closed or blocked.

4.6. We may regard Accounts as linked and held by the same person where they share any one of the following: IP address, device or browser fingerprint, payment method, cryptocurrency wallet, residential address, telephone number or email address.

4.7. If we find that you hold more than one Account, we may close all of them, void all Bets, forfeit winnings and withhold funds. Funds withheld over suspected multiple accounts remain withheld until you satisfy us that you have not opened or used more than one Account.

4.8. Your Account must not contain anything offensive, obscene or discriminatory, anything misleading about who you are, or anything that imitates our staff, brands or official channels. We may alter or remove any such content at any time.

5. Keeping your Account secure

5.1. You may log in with either your username or the email address registered on your Account. Keep your login details and password to yourself and do not share them with anyone, whether deliberately or by accident. If you forget or lose your password, you can reset it with the password recovery function on the Website.

5.2. You carry full responsibility for the security of your password, for everything done and every transaction made through your Account, and for any losses on your Account caused by third parties.

5.3. You must tell us immediately about any unauthorised access to your Account or any other security breach and, if we ask, give us evidence of it. We bear no liability for losses you suffer because someone else used your username and password or otherwise got into your Account without authorisation, whether or not you allowed it or were aware of it.

5.4. Your Account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, give away, swap, pledge or otherwise dispose of it, or allow anyone else to use or share it.

5.5. Rights in an Account belong solely to the person who created and registered it, regardless of any purported transfer, sale, gift or other dealing. We do not recognise such dealings, and they give no rights to anyone claiming to have acquired the Account.

6. Verification and anti-money laundering

6.1. We may at any time ask you for documents and information that confirm your identity, age, location, nationality and source of funds. These may include (a) a photo identity document issued by a government authority, (b) proof of your residential address, (c) evidence that the payment method or cryptocurrency wallet you use belongs to you, (d) a photograph of you holding your identity document, or biometric verification, and (e) information or documents about your deposit and withdrawal methods.

6.2. Your documents must meet these requirements: your identity document must stay valid for at least three more months; your proof of address must be no older than three months on the day you submit it; and your first name and surname must be the same on every document and on your Account.

6.3. We may ask you to show where the funds deposited to your Account came from and, in higher-risk cases, to give us information about your source of wealth.

6.4. If you fail or refuse to provide what we ask for, we will suspend your Account and stop processing withdrawals, and we may close the Account. Until verification is complete, we may restrict or entirely suspend deposits, withdrawals, gameplay and access to your Account.

6.5. We monitor transactions, including by automated means, to detect unusual or suspicious activity, and we are obliged to report suspicious transactions to the competent authorities. Where Applicable Law forbids it, we will not tell you that a report has been made.

6.6. We screen Clients against sanctions lists at registration and periodically for as long as the relationship lasts. We also check whether Clients are politically exposed persons and apply enhanced due diligence to those who are, and we may search open sources for adverse media concerning financial crime, fraud or other unlawful conduct.

6.7. We may share information about you and your transactions with regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, tax authorities, payment providers and other competent authorities as far as necessary to comply with Applicable Law. We are not obliged to tell you about a request from a competent authority, or about any disclosure we make in response, where doing so would breach Applicable Law or prejudice an investigation.

6.8. Incoming cryptocurrency transactions are subject to blockchain analytics, including checks on the origin of the assets and screening of the sending addresses. We may refuse to credit funds received from addresses connected with unlawful activity, sanctions or transaction anonymisation services.

7. Deposits and withdrawals

7.1. You may fund your Account only from payment instruments, accounts and cryptocurrency wallets held in your own name. Third-party payment instruments are not permitted, and funds received from them may be withheld until their origin has been established.

7.2. We charge no fee of our own on withdrawals. The only charge is the Network Fee referred to in clause 7.3, which is needed to execute the transaction on the relevant Network and is shown to you before you confirm the withdrawal request.

7.3. Network Fees for cryptocurrency transactions are borne by you. Depending on the Network, they are either taken from the amount withdrawn or paid by you in addition to it.

7.4. Within thirty calendar days of submitting a withdrawal request, you may withdraw no more than USD 50,000 or the equivalent in the relevant cryptocurrency.

7.5. We may hold a withdrawal while we carry out a review, including of your identity, the source of your funds and your compliance with the Terms and Applicable Law. Once every required verification and compliance check has been completed, withdrawals are normally processed within five working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays, subject to the applicable withdrawal limits and any payment processing constraints. How quickly the funds reach you depends on the payment method or blockchain network used.

7.6. You are responsible for giving the correct withdrawal address, Network and, where the Network requires one, memo or destination tag. We are not liable for funds lost because of incorrect details supplied by you and have no duty to trace or recover them. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, and once a transfer has been sent we cannot recall it.

7.7. Funds credited to your Account in error, whether through a technical, operational or human mistake, remain our property and must be repaid. We may debit them from your Account and, if your Balance does not cover them, require you to repay them.

7.8. Funds on your Account are not a bank deposit, earn no interest and are not protected by any insurance, guarantee, deposit protection scheme or similar arrangement.

7.9. We are not a bank, credit institution, payment institution, electronic money issuer, cryptocurrency exchange or exchange service, we do not provide financial services, and we do not hold the authorisations needed to operate a cryptocurrency exchange. Your Account may not be used as a bank account, a store of assets, a payment intermediary, a money transfer service or a means of converting cryptocurrency without corresponding gaming activity.

8. Playing the games

8.1. A Bet is accepted once it is confirmed on our server, and from then on it is final: you cannot cancel, alter or withdraw it. The stake is used up the moment the Bet is placed, and losing Bets are not refunded.

8.2. Our server records are the conclusive and final evidence in any dispute. Where the balance or a Bet result shown in your browser or application differs from our server records, the server records prevail and are binding.

8.3. You may ask customer support at any time for a free statement of the transactions and Bets on your Account covering at least the previous 30 days. Older history is available on request, subject to the applicable record-retention requirements. You agree to review your history and to report any discrepancy without delay.

8.4. Game results are produced by a random number generator, and you accept every result of a Bet or game produced in this way.

8.5. We may adjust the house edge of any game at our sole discretion and without notice where this is needed to preserve the integrity, fairness and overall balance of the gaming environment. If the house edge seems inconsistent with the Return to Player (RTP) percentage displayed in a game, please ask customer support for clarification. We accept no liability whatsoever if you choose to bet in reliance on such a discrepancy.

8.6. If a gaming transaction is interrupted by a technical or equipment failure, a software error or another malfunction attributable to us or our systems, we will resume it where reasonably possible and without disadvantage to you. If it cannot reasonably be resumed, your stake will be refunded. This does not apply to any failure, delay, congestion, fork or other malfunction of a blockchain Network, or to any error in a cryptocurrency transaction on a blockchain Network, as these lie outside our control; in such cases we are not obliged to refund or compensate you for the affected transaction unless the loss was caused by our own fault.

8.7. You are not entitled to profit from any error, failure or malfunction. Bets placed at obviously wrong odds, with obviously wrong game settings or during a failure are void, and any winnings from them are forfeited.

8.8. Sports Bets are accepted on the basis that scores, statistics and event status come from third-party data suppliers. We are not liable if that data is inaccurate, late or unavailable.

8.9. We may withdraw any game, game category or game provider from the Website at any time, for instance where errors come to light, where our cooperation with a provider ends or where a regulator asks us to.

8.10. New or experimental features of the Website may be offered in test mode (beta features). They are supplied "as is" and without warranty, and we may deduct winnings linked to a technical or human error involving a beta feature. To test and improve the Website, we may also show different versions of the Website, its interface or individual features to different groups of Clients (A/B testing). Such testing never affects game results, the return to player (RTP) percentage of any game or the conditions of a bonus you have already accepted.

9. Bonuses and promotions

9.1. This section contains the general rules for bonuses and promotions. The specific conditions of each bonus or promotion are set out in the Bonus Policy and in the description of the promotion on the Website, both of which form an integral part of the Terms. In case of conflict, the conditions of the specific promotion prevail, but only for that promotion.

9.2. Joining a promotion, activating a bonus or entering a promotional code amounts to your unconditional acceptance of the conditions of that promotion.

9.3. Your Balance consists of the Real Balance and the Bonus Balance, and bonus funds we credit are placed in the Bonus Balance. You may hold several bonuses on the Bonus Balance at the same time, but only one can be active, only the active bonus can be wagered and your Bets count only towards the wagering requirement of the active bonus. You may switch between the bonuses you hold whenever you wish.

9.4. A bonus is available to you only if it is displayed in your Account; bonuses not meant for you are not displayed. We may let you know about available offers by email or through notifications on the Website.

9.5. If a bonus has been credited to you by mistake, or is otherwise not meant for you, we may cancel it together with any winnings it has generated.

9.6. Every deposit you make is credited to the main balance and must be wagered once, that is 1x the deposited amount. Bets in the games listed in Schedule 1 do not count towards this deposit wagering requirement. We may change that list at any time, and its current version is published on the Website.

9.7. A bonus wagering requirement states how many times bonus funds must be staked before those funds, and any winnings from them, become withdrawable. It is expressed as a multiple of either the bonus amount or the deposit and bonus amounts combined, as stated in the conditions of the bonus concerned.

9.8. Bets contribute towards a wagering requirement according to the category of game, as follows:

9.9. There is no maximum Bet common to all bonuses; any maximum Bet is set in the conditions of the individual bonus. Where a bonus has a maximum Bet, it covers the whole game round, including any follow-on rounds, re-spins and gamble or double-up features, and if you stake more than the limit, only the part of the Bet up to the limit counts towards the wagering requirement.

9.10. Funds and winnings from tournaments, promotional activities, partner networks and other third-party sources are credited to the Bonus Balance and must be wagered 2x the credited amount. They cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been fully met.

9.11. Bets are always taken from the Real Balance first, and bonus funds are used only when the Real Balance is zero or does not cover the Bet. Winnings from Bets funded by the Bonus Balance go to the Bonus Balance and carry no additional wagering requirement of their own. As soon as the wagering requirement has been fully met, the bonus funds move from the Bonus Balance to the Real Balance and become withdrawable.

9.12. If you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement has been met, the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds are forfeited. If your Balance drops to zero, any outstanding wagering requirement is cancelled and the bonus is closed, without any right to compensation. You may switch off the Bonus Balance at any time and play with Real Balance funds only.

9.13. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn in connection with a bonus is set in the conditions of that bonus. No-deposit bonuses carry a maximum cashout limit stated in their conditions, and any winnings above that limit are deducted at the time of withdrawal.

9.14. A bonus activated with a promotional code is valid for one deposit only and cannot be combined with any other bonus. The welcome offer can be claimed on your first Account only and may never be claimed again on linked Accounts or on Accounts registered from the same device, IP address, payment method or residential address.

9.15. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation:

9.15.1. opening and using several Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly;

9.15.2. several Clients acting in concert to gain a bonus advantage;

9.15.3. cycling payment methods, or depositing and then withdrawing without corresponding gaming activity;

9.15.4. betting on mutually exclusive or opposing outcomes in order to turn bonus funds into withdrawable funds;

9.15.5. using low-risk or risk-free strategies whose only aim is to meet a wagering requirement;

9.15.6. exploiting errors in the conditions of a promotion, in the calculation of credits or in the working of bonus mechanics;

9.15.7. misusing the referral programme, including registering through your own referral link;

9.15.8. regularly placing Bets above the maximum Bet referred to in clause 9.9 in order to meet a wagering requirement.

9.16. We may review your betting history and Account transactions to detect bonus abuse. If we see signs of abuse, we may cancel the bonuses credited, forfeit winnings made with bonus funds, exclude you from promotions, require you to provide a valid telephone number and to complete identity verification, and suspend or close your Account.

9.17. If we cannot reach you through the contact details registered on your Account, we may cancel the bonuses credited and suspend your Account until contact is made.

9.18. Where a bonus is cancelled for abuse, we are obliged to refund your initial deposit only and no other funds. Funds forming part of the Real Balance that you obtained independently of the abuse are not forfeited.

9.19. You may not register through your own referral link, or arrange for linked persons to register, in order to earn referral rewards.

10. Prohibited conduct

10.1. When using the Website you must not engage in any of the following:

10.1.1. collusion or attempted collusion with any other Client, or any direct or indirect involvement in such an arrangement;

10.1.2. fraud, deception, misleading us or any other conduct aimed at gaining an unfair advantage;

10.1.3. the use of bots, scripts, auto-clickers, robotic process automation tools or any other software that places Bets or plays games automatically;

10.1.4. the use of artificial intelligence systems or algorithmic tools to take gaming decisions or place Bets automatically;

10.1.5. automated extraction of data from the Website, including by means of robots, spiders, scrapers or content indexing tools;

10.1.6. arbitrage betting, matched betting and betting on opposing outcomes, on the Website or across other platforms, to eliminate risk;

10.1.7. exploiting software errors or defects, incorrect odds, mistakes in the calculation of winnings or any other malfunction;

10.1.8. money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other criminal activity;

10.1.9. depositing funds that come from crime or other unlawful sources;

10.1.10. using stolen, cloned or otherwise unlawfully obtained payment instruments;

10.1.11. attempting unauthorised access to the Website, our servers or databases, or the Accounts of other Clients;

10.1.12. denial-of-service attacks or the spreading of malicious software, viruses, Trojans or other harmful code;

10.1.13. decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering or modifying the Website's software, or intercepting or emulating its data exchange protocols;

10.1.14. sending spam, advertising third-party resources or links to external websites, or soliciting our customer support team;

10.1.15. any conduct that damages or could damage our business reputation, including public statements or publications about us, our services, employees or partners that you know to be false.

10.2. Offensive communication with our customer support team, such as obscene language, insults, threats or discriminatory remarks, is not allowed. There is no messaging function between Clients.

10.3. If you break the rules on communicating with customer support, we may limit your access to the support chat, restrict contact to email only and, for repeated breaches, suspend or close your Account.

10.4. If you discover an error, vulnerability or malfunction in the Website, the games or the bonus mechanics, you must report it to customer support at once and must not take advantage of it. Taking advantage of a discovered error is a material breach of these Terms.

10.5. Where we find that an error has been exploited, we may void the related transactions and Bets, debit the funds so obtained from your Account, close the Account and take legal action to protect our rights.

10.6. We may use technical means to detect breaches, including device and browser fingerprinting, geolocation, detection of VPNs, proxies and other IP masking tools, and analysis of blockchain transactions. You consent to the use of these means.

10.7. If you become aware that other Clients are engaging in any of the conduct described in clause 10.1, please let us know as soon as possible by any convenient means.

11. Responsible gambling

11.1. Gambling should be an enjoyable pastime and never a way of making money. It is a good habit to keep track of the time and money you spend on gaming.

11.2. If you feel you are starting to spend more than you can afford, or that gaming is interfering with your daily life, we strongly encourage you to take action, for example by setting personal limits, choosing self-exclusion or contacting one of these organisations:

11.2.1. GamCare, a leading UK organisation providing counselling, advice and practical support to people affected by gambling, at www.gamcare.org.uk. Its confidential National Gambling Helpline (UK, free of charge) is 0808 8020 133, and Clients living outside the UK can ask GamCare for details of support organisations in other countries;

11.2.2. Gamblers Anonymous, a fellowship of men and women who have joined together to tackle their own gambling problems and to help other compulsive gamblers do the same, with regional fellowships around the world. Its international service site is www.gamblersanonymous.org.uk;

11.2.3. Gambling Therapy, which offers support and counselling to anyone harmed by gambling through team members based in the UK and internationally, at www.gamblingtherapy.org.

11.3. To help you gamble responsibly, you can set the following limits yourself in your Account settings: a limit on total deposits per day, week and month; a limit on the maximum amount of a single Bet; and a limit on total losses per day, week and month.

11.4. You may self-exclude at any time. Self-exclusion covers all brands and gaming products under our control. While it is in force you cannot place new Bets or make new deposits, but you can still withdraw any cleared Account balance, subject to the applicable verification and AML/KYC requirements. If you choose permanent self-exclusion, any remaining cleared balance will be paid out to you in accordance with Applicable Law and our verification procedures. You may also use any centralised self-exclusion scheme available to you.

11.5. The Responsible Gambling Policy published on the Website governs the use of responsible gaming tools, including the rules for changing or removing limits.

12. Suspension and closure of the Account

12.1. We may suspend or close your Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice if necessary, where:

12.1.1. you breach the Terms or any document forming part of them;

12.1.2. we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have engaged in any conduct described in section 10;

12.1.3. your Account is linked in any way to an Account that has already been closed, whatever the nature of the link;

12.1.4. you do not complete the verification procedures described in section 6;

12.1.5. the Services are used from a Restricted Jurisdiction;

12.1.6. a regulator, court or other competent authority requires it;

12.1.7. we decide to stop offering the Services altogether or in a particular jurisdiction.

12.2. Any measure we take under clause 12.1 will be objectively justified, proportionate to the breach or risk identified and no more than is reasonably necessary in the circumstances.

12.3. You may close your Account at any time by emailing customer support at [email protected] or by contacting customer support in any other convenient way.

12.4. You remain fully responsible for all activity on your Account until we confirm that it has been closed, and the Account counts as closed only once you have received that confirmation.

12.5. Before closing your Account, we may require you to settle any amounts you owe.

12.6. If your Account is closed at your request, or by us where you have committed no breach, your Real Balance will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit once the necessary checks are complete and any amounts owed to us have been deducted.

12.7. We may close your Account if we establish that you have materially breached the Terms, including through fraud, by giving false information or by breaking the game rules. Any forfeiture or withholding of funds will be limited to what the Terms and Applicable Law permit and will be applied in accordance with clauses 12.8 and 12.9. Separately, where funds deposited to your Account are found, including through the blockchain analytics described in clause 6.8, to originate from or be connected with criminal activity, fraud, sanctioned persons or addresses, darknet markets, mixers or other anonymisation services, or are otherwise reasonably suspected to be the proceeds of crime, we may refuse to credit those funds, freeze them, suspend your Account while we investigate and report the matter to the competent authorities. Such funds will be retained, returned or transferred only as allowed by Applicable Law, the applicable anti-money laundering and sanctions rules and any order or instruction of a competent authority, and will not be released to you where Applicable Law or such an order or instruction forbids it. We are not liable to you for any loss caused by measures taken under this clause.

12.8. The following may be forfeited under clause 12.7: winnings obtained through the breach, bonus funds and winnings made with them, and funds whose origin has not been substantiated. Deposits you made that are unconnected with the breach will be returned, unless Applicable Law or an order of a competent authority expressly requires their retention.

12.9. Closure of your Account does not, of itself, cause you to lose funds that lawfully belong to you.

12.10. We will notify you of the suspension or closure of your Account by email to the address registered on the Account. Notice is sent promptly, unless Applicable Law forbids it or it would prejudice an investigation.

12.11. Funds you deposit to a suspended, blocked or closed Account after the measure has been applied will not be credited to the gaming Balance and will be returned to the original payment method once the necessary checks are complete. We are not liable for funds deposited in breach of this clause.

12.12. If we cannot reach you after your Account has been closed, any remaining Real Balance will be held and dealt with in accordance with Applicable Law.

13. Inactive Accounts

13.1. Your Account may be classed as dormant if you have made no transactions on it for six consecutive months.

13.2. Any balance remaining on a dormant Account will be handled in accordance with Applicable Law and the applicable regulatory requirements.

14. Complaints and disputes

14.1. To raise a complaint or claim about our operations, contact customer support at [email protected] or by any other convenient means and quote the email address registered on your Account.

14.2. Customer support will examine your request and make reasonable efforts to reach an agreed solution with you.

14.3. If no agreed solution can be found at that level, the matter will be escalated to our management.

14.4.
